1. Bring a hydrating face mask and face moisturizer for the plane - As most of us know, long airplane rides, stress, and a new environment can be disastrous for our skin. I always feel so dry in an airplane and so I have gotten into the habit of using a sheet face mask that is easy to use and it doesn't make a mess. I also like to keep my face extra hydrated.
2. Bring a blanket - I always pack a small fleece blanket in my carry on. No matter the length of the flight. During international flights, the cabin becomes incredibly cold and the little blanket "thing" that they give you does not help. BYOB
3. Wear glasses - not contacts - This tip is pretty self-explanatory. If you are going on an international flight do not wear your contacts. You will most likely be sleeping on the plane and it's not very clean. Tray tables do not get cleaned!

Thank you for this post! <3 I am quite a frequent flyer/ traveller myself and I agree the cabin gets so cold during long haul flights! Will definitely remind myself to bring an extra blanket next time <3 xx

I have been told it was a silly idea until we are on the plane!
